At Trustbikepro, we understand that plans can change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order, as well as the steps to follow to request a cancellation.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped—i.e. prior to the generation of a shipping label.

  • After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled; you may instead return it under our Return and Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

  2. Name and email address used to place the order

  3. A brief note indicating you wish to cancel

We process cancellation requests in the order they’re received. If your order has already entered fulfillment, we’ll let you know immediately.

3. Cancellation Confirmation & Refunds

  • Once your cancellation is approved, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of cancellation approval.

  • You will receive a separate email when your refund has been initiated.

5. Orders in Process

  • Handling Time: Orders typically enter fulfillment within 1–2 business days. If you contact us during this window, we’ll do our best to intercept and cancel.

  • If shipping has already begun, you’ll need to refuse delivery or follow our Return and Refund Policy once the package arrives.
